1. Agreement
By requesting a trial, placing an order or using the service you agree to these terms. The service is provided by [To be confirmed: legal entity name].
2. The service
Nikon IPTV provides access details that let a compatible IPTV player stream live channels and on-demand content over the internet. You supply your own device, player app and internet connection. Nikon IPTV is an independent streaming subscription service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nikon Corporation or its camera and imaging products.
3. Plans and duration
Plans last 1, 3, 6 or 12 months from activation. Prices are listed in USD on the pricing page and are charged once per plan period. Orders placed through checkout do not renew automatically. 4. Connections
Your plan includes 1 to 5 connections. A connection is one stream playing at a time. You may install the service on several of your own devices, but streams beyond your connection count may be refused. Sharing access details outside your household: [To be confirmed: household-sharing rule].
5. Orders and payment
Submitting checkout creates an order with the status Pending Payment; it is not a charge. The price is always calculated by our server from the published price list. You then pay through a secure Stripe page or with our team's assistance. The website never collects card details. Your subscription is activated after payment is confirmed.
6. Free trial
A 24-hour trial may be offered on request. Trials are reviewed by our team and may be declined, for example for repeated or incomplete requests.
7. Refunds
Refund requests within 7 days are handled under the Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for personal, private viewing.
- Do not resell, rebroadcast, publicly display or share your access details commercially.
- Do not attempt to bypass connection limits, disrupt the service or access it with automated tools.
- Comply with the laws that apply where you watch.

9. Service limitations
Channel line-ups, on-demand titles and sports coverage change over time and vary by region. Nikon IPTV does not guarantee that any particular channel, title or event will be available, and does not promise uninterrupted service. Picture quality depends on the source, your device and your internet connection. Third-party player apps are outside our control.
10. Support
Support is provided by WhatsApp, Telegram and email, as listed on the contact page. Response times are not guaranteed.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question. [To be confirmed: liability wording approved by counsel]
