FAQ
Nikon IPTV FAQ
General
What is Nikon IPTV?
Nikon IPTV is an IPTV subscription: live TV channels, movies and series delivered over your internet connection instead of cable or satellite. You watch through an IPTV player app on a Firestick, smart TV, phone, tablet, computer or MAG box. The advertised catalog includes 39,000+ live channels and 240,000+ on-demand titles; availability varies by region and over time.
How does IPTV work?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) sends video as data over the internet. A player app on your device signs in with the access details we provide, downloads the channel list and on-demand library, and streams whatever you select. There is no dish, cable box or installation visit.
Is Nikon IPTV connected to Nikon Corporation?
No. Nikon IPTV is an independent streaming subscription service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nikon Corporation or its camera and imaging products.
Which country is the service designed for?
The site, prices and support are set up for viewers in the United States, with prices in US dollars. International channel categories are included too.
Subscriptions
Which plan lengths are available?
You can choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Each length is available with 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 connections.
What is a connection?
A connection is one stream playing at the same moment. With 1 connection you can install the service on several devices but watch on only one at a time. With 3 connections, three screens can play at once, for example the living-room TV, a bedroom TV and a phone.
Can I add connections later?
Yes. Contact support and we will quote the difference for the plan length you have. The prices for every combination are listed on the pricing page.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Plans ordered through this website are paid for one period at a time; checkout does not set up automatic renewal. To continue after your period ends, place a new order or ask support to renew.
Pricing
How much does Nikon IPTV cost?
Prices start at $13 for 1 month with 1 connection. A 12-month plan with 1 connection is $69, and a 12-month plan with 5 connections is $199. Every price is a one-time USD amount for the full period.
Are there setup fees or hidden charges?
No. The price shown at checkout is the full amount for your plan. The only possible extra cost is outside our service: some smart-TV player apps charge their own activation fee to their developer.
Why is the 12-month plan cheaper per month?
Longer plans cost less per month. For 1 connection, 12 months is $69, which works out to about $5.75 a month, against $13 for a single month.
Free Trial
How do I get the free trial?
Fill in the form on the free-trial page with your name, email, phone, country, device and player app. Our team reviews it and sends 24-hour access details by email or WhatsApp. No payment is needed.
How long does the trial last?
24 hours from the moment your access details are activated.
Is the trial approved instantly?
Trial requests are reviewed by our team, who reply by email or WhatsApp. You see a request ID as soon as the form is submitted; keep it in case you need to contact support.
Can I request more than one trial?
Please message support before sending a second request. Additional trials are at the team's discretion.
Devices
Which devices are supported?
Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android phones and tablets, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, Windows PCs, Macs and MAG boxes. Each one has a step-by-step guide in the setup section.
Do I need a specific app?
You need an IPTV player that accepts an Xtream Codes login, an M3U playlist link or, for MAG, a portal. Popular choices include TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, GSE Smart IPTV and VLC. These are third-party apps; we don't make or sell them.
Can I use the service on more devices than my connections?
You can install it on as many of your own devices as you like. Only the number of screens playing at the same time is limited by your connections.
Setup
How do I set up Nikon IPTV on a Firestick?
Install an IPTV player from the Amazon Appstore, open it, choose Xtream Codes or M3U, and enter the details we send you. The Firestick guide on this site walks through each screen.
What do I receive after ordering?
Access details for your player: usually a server URL, username and password, or an M3U link. MAG users receive a portal URL instead.
Why does the first load take a while?
On first sign-in the player downloads the full channel list, movie and series library and guide data. This can take a few minutes; later launches are faster.
Payments
How do I pay?
Place your order through checkout. You then receive an email with your order reference and a payment button: a secure Stripe payment page when one is available for your plan, or a WhatsApp link to our team, who complete the payment with you. The website never asks for card details.
Is my order confirmed before I pay?
Your order is recorded with the status Pending Payment. Your subscription is set up after payment is confirmed.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars (USD).
Refunds
What is the Nikon IPTV refund policy?
You can request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting support with your order reference. See the Refund Policy page for how requests are handled.
How do I request a refund?
Email contact@nikoniptv.pro or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference, the email used at checkout and a short description of the problem.
Troubleshooting
Why is Nikon IPTV buffering?
Buffering is usually caused by the home connection: weak Wi-Fi, a congested network or a slow device. Try Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, restart the router and device, and clear the player's cache. If several channels still buffer, contact support with the channel names and times.
Nikon IPTV is not working. What should I check first?
Check that your internet works on another app, that your plan or trial is still active, and that you haven't used all your connections. Then restart the player. If the problem continues, send support a screenshot of the error.
My login is rejected. What do I do?
Re-enter the server URL (including http:// and any port), username and password exactly as sent. Copy-paste them rather than typing if you can.
Support
How do I contact support?
WhatsApp +44 7883 412700 or +212 633 848458, Telegram @iptv_helpcenter, or email contact@nikoniptv.pro.
What should I include in a support message?
Your order or trial reference, your device model, the player app you use, and a photo or screenshot of any error. That lets us solve most issues in a single reply.
Legal and Safety
Does Nikon IPTV own the channels it lists?
No. Nikon IPTV does not own the channels, programs or trademarks that may be reachable through the service, and makes no claim of partnership with any broadcaster, league or studio. Availability of any specific channel or event is not guaranteed.
Does the website store my card details?
No. The website never collects card numbers. Payments happen on Stripe's hosted page or are arranged directly with our team.
What happens to the information I submit?
It is used to process your trial or order and to support you. The Privacy Policy explains which services store it and for what purpose.
